Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Found

small room excessive parking cost

The bed was comfortable.

The room felt small. I found the climate control difficult to manage. It kept switching to cold air. The parking cost was also excessive relative to what is offered by other hotels nearby.

Really good Stay

easy access comfortable room friendly staff

The hotel's location provides easy access to the Harbour area through the Wilson parking lot. My room was clean plus comfortable and it was a loft room. Staff members offered friendly and helpful service. I found the complimentary mini bar to be a pleasant addition.

The television initially didn't function well and later experienced frequent interruptions. The remote control's inconsistent operation added to this inconvenience.

The hotel featured a sweet bar alongside a mini bar stocked with Red Bull, Coca-Cola plus water. Breakfast included great coffee options. The choice was excellent.

The air conditioning worked effectively and was activated before my arrival on a warm day. The bathroom was super clean with quality towels and a good rain head shower. The bed was comfy.

The staff provided exemplary customer service plus consistently aimed to ensure a nice stay. They were helpful with directions to activities within the city. I received many good tips.

I loved the free minibar in my beautiful king room. it included some really good snacks and drinks. the light rail stop near the front was super convenient too. It made getting around effortless.

great location modern rooms friendly staff small portions hallway noise device connection

The location is superb. I found Darling Harbour quite accessible. The hotel features modern rooms, and I especially appreciated the good-sized bathroom. Staff members were really friendly and cute, which I found admirable.

I was not pleased with the breakfast as the portions were small. I was unable to connect my device to the TV. I found the noise from the hallway quite disruptive.
